The resource room contains an array of information on specific diagnoses, community services and supports that may be available to you. It is located immediately inside the entrance to our Alton office, off the lobby.
Services for Seniors and Their Caregivers
Seniors struggle with serious issues every day. Senior services can assist and are provided in community settings to adults aged 60 and above (Madison County) and to caregivers of seniors (in Madison and Bond Counties). Community support services, counseling, and connection to other community resources are provided, free of charge.
Substance Abuse Services
Centerstone offers outpatient counseling for adults who are recovering from substance use problems. Medication Assisted Recovery Services (MARS) are offered to adults who are addicted to opiates.
Financial and Insurance Information
Centerstone contracts with national and regional insurance companies. We can also work with your particular insurance company to become paneled as a provider. We will work with you to manage insurance and re-authorization requirements, and to arrange reasonable payment plans, if necessary. Please call us for more information on insurance groups and plans accepted by Centerstone.
The State of Illinois provides financial support through Medicaid for families who do not have insurance and who meet certain income guidelines and diagnoses. To access these services, proof of income is required at your first appointment, and certain co-payments may be required.
On-site Clinic for Physical Health
Through a unique arrangement with Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, a clinic is co-located in our facility, and is available to all community members to meet their physical health needs. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (618) 462-4342.
